| For months, Toby X, sales team leader, had been using his position in Martin Incorporated to sexually harass many of the young women sales associates and secretaries. He threatened them with loss of their jobs if they didn't comply with his wishes. Sometimes he wold simply demand that they go to the ladies room, remove their panties, and bring them to him. If the woman was particularly pretty, he would insist that they see him after hours and perform sexual services for him. In particular, he would demand that they give him blow jobs or have anal sex with him. When she answered the door, he found her to be quite attractive and very personable. He congratulated himself, thinking how bad could this be with this lovely and agreeable woman. Ms. Rider asked him, "Do you know why you are here?" When he replied yes, for the internal discipline session, she instructed him to come in. He looked around at the wide array of equipment, and swallowed deeply. "It's still your decision Toby. You can change your mind and leave, and be dismissed from your job on Monday. If you stay, when I close the door, there is no turning back...you are under my full control at that point. " He swallowed hard, and then said, "I will stay," and she closed the door behind him.
